Shipping your parcel

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via Mondial Relay with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Packages can also be shipped via Colissimo or others and MyCospara reserves the right to choose the carrier that suits it. If you have any specific requests regarding the delivery method, we suggest you contact us or select the delivery method available for more option, as it intails additional charges.

Whichever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders and shipping fees apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

In case of home delivery and you are absent, your parcel or a notice of passage will be deposited in your mailbox, often you can reschedule the delivery by contacting the carrier, the buyer is the only one is allowed business request, if not not the case your package will be available to you in a relay point.


For all carriers, the package remains available 15 days at the relay point, in the absence of non-retrais, the parcels will be returned by the carrier to the sender, in this case MyCospara cannot be responsible and a re-shipment fee will be charged or deducted from the bill

Returns and retraction of your parcel

You have 90 days without any reason to return your order counted from the date of receipt.


To exercise your right, just contact us by email or mail.


After exercising your right, you have 14 days to return the parcel to us from the date of sending your mail or email.


The refund will be triggered after receiving your return or no later than 14 days after, the refund will be made using the same means of payment of the order and the entire order received.

The customer pays the return costs and is solely responsible for parcels in case of damage or loss of parcels.


To take full advantage of this right:

  • The retraction must be conducted by the same person who placed the order.
  • Items must not have been opened by the customer, otherwise the additional fee will be charged.

Beauty items (Perfume, corn and skin care, make-up) cannot be returned after opening them for hygiene and safety reasons.
