The use of the site implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions of use described below. These conditions are subject to change or completion at any time, so users of the site are invited to view them on a regular basis.     This site is normally accessible to users at any time. However, an interruption due to technical maintenance may be decided by KHIYAT Cospara, who will then endeavour to communicate the dates and times of the intervention to users beforehand.

In France, personal data is protected in particular pat law 78-78 of 6 January 1978, law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the penal code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

Any dispute in relation to the use of the site is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris are exclusively astrusted to the competent courts of Paris.
