How do I order?

I choose the item of my choice and add it to the basket. To add a product to the basket, click the "add to the basket" button. Once your product is added to the basket, click the "my basket" button at the top right or "go to the basket" and click "order"

During delivery, my package was opened and a product is missing, how do I do it?

If you notice the package opening in the presence of the delivery driver, notify it on the transport slip. Make sure the missing products or products are clear, as well as the quantities. Then contact our customer service with our contact page form, a counsellor will give you the procedure to deal with this incident.

What are the delivery times?

We use 2 carriers to deliver your parcels. Generally we use Mondial Relay but if you wish we can also ship via Colissimo. The delivery time is 3 to 5 days on average.

Note that a processing time of 24 to 48 is required to prepare orders.

Are you shipping abroad?

Absolutely, we can ship anywhere in the world.

Do I have the option to exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a product, contact our customer service department through our contact page form. A counsellor will give you the address where you can send it back and issue a asset with which you can order the product of your choice.

Is my payment secure?

Payment by credit card or via PayPal made on the site is secure. We use a secure SSL certificate to protect your bank details. Blue cards, Visa Eurocard and Mastercard, are accepted. After the transaction, a payment confirmation email will be sent to you.

I haven't received any confirmation details of the order?

This can happen because of an incorrect email address or spam filter in your inbox. Please ensure that your email is written correctly when you place your order.

I want to change my delivery address. Is that possible?

If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible on our contact us page. We may still be able to make the change. However, if the product has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do.
