Your purchases are paid by credit card using the Paypal or a secure platform.
The card is debited at the time you placed the order. In the case of split deliveries, only the products shipped are debited.
Returns are to be made in their original and complete state (packaging, accessories, notice). In this context, your responsibility is incurred. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be likely to defeat the right of retraction.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETRACT RIGHT

Returned products must be unfinished, complete, undamaged and absolutely unsealed and in their original condition.

In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery, you have the option to cancel the order under the terms and conditions set out in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. In the meantime, if you receive the product, we will reimburse it and the shipping costs under the terms of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
In case of deliveries by a carrier, the company KHIYAT Cospara cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery due exclusively to an unavailability of the customer after several proposals of appointments.
Cospara cannot be held liable in the event of a force majeure, strike (including in transport) or seizure at customs and more generally, for any event not exclusively and directly attributable to it.
Customs fees may be charged by customs from pay to destination
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email or telephone or postal route within 30 days of delivery.
The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, notice...). The shipping costs will be refunded on the basis of the rate charged and the return fee will be refunded on presentation of vouchers excluding orders placed in free delivery, the customer pays the return fee.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal under Article 6.

Payment Request: Affiliate commissions are paid upon explicit request made through the affiliate’s personal dashboard. The available balance must be between €10 (minimum) and €50 (maximum). MyCospara reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable regulations. An affiliate may not submit a payment request if a previous request is still being processed or if a dispute is ongoing regarding their account or commissions.
Payment Methods: Payments are made exclusively in euros (€), via PayPal or any other method offered by MyCospara. Any applicable transfer fees are borne by the affiliate. A fixed percentage may be withheld to cover processing costs.
Required Documentation: Affiliates must provide a valid bank account statement (RIB) or equivalent proof to receive payment. In case of non-compliance or missing information, payment may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
Payment Timeline: Payments are processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of request, subject to commission validation. A verification period of up to 14 days may apply to ensure the legitimacy of related orders.
Invoicing and Tax Obligations: Professional affiliates must issue an invoice in accordance with French or European regulations. Private individuals are not required to do so unless otherwise specified. Each affiliate is solely responsible for declaring their income to the relevant authorities (URSSAF, tax office, VAT, etc.). MyCospara does not apply withholding tax.
Disputes and Claims: In case of a dispute regarding the amount or receipt of payment, the affiliate has 30 days from the payment date to submit a formal claim. After this period, no claims will be accepted. All claims must be submitted in writing via the contact form available on the website.
Territorial Scope: The program is open to affiliates residing in France, the European Union, and internationally. All payments are made exclusively in euros, regardless of the affiliate’s country of residence.
